Monday - first day of new diet - went pretty well....I didn't eat any junk, I ate normal meals, and I feel less puffy already. Today is day 2....... the goal is to eat no junk AND remember to drink 8 glasses of water.
I am going to stay on this until i lose 15 pounds. Stay tuned for more exciting news....

sounds super duper exciting! I'm taking a Fit for life class and learned several things about myself. I took the all around wellness test and found out that I have a way healthy heart, but my body needs toneing up. I think my thyroids out of wack because it's like imposible for me to lose weight now. I did that freekin' running thing and never lose weight! I just need to take down my percentage of fat. Bleh.
